To All,

After careful consideration, the RBMHA Board of Directors have decided to cancel the second half of our hockey season. This was not an easy decision; we all want nothing more than the kids to be able to play the sport they love. Due to increased restrictions and continual extension of lockdowns and with uncertainty as to when the lockdowns may be over or being extended or re-instated later, we feel this is our best course of action for all involved. Keeping the health and welfare of all participants and volunteers as our priority, we feel it is the responsible thing to do with COVID-19 cases on the rise in our area to help limit gatherings outside the home.

For all of you that have already paid for the second half, you will receive a refund. I would like to thank the countless volunteers, participants, and parents for a successful first half of the season. Under extraordinary circumstances we were able to deliver a strong program and give the kids some quality skill development and modified game play.

We look forward to possibly entering a more normal season this fall. If anyone has any questions or concerns, please direct them to me at rbmhapresident@eastlink.ca. Hope to see you all next season.
