To all:

We will be hosting RBMHA’s Annual General Meeting via virtual teams meeting at 7:00pm, Tuesday July 6th. Please see agenda attached. If you wish to attend please send an email to rbmhapresident@eastlink.ca and include your name, proof of membership (registered participants name for the 2020 / 21 season), and email address for us to send the request to. We are looking for volunteers to help on the board so if you are interested in taking a position please have someone nominate you, or include in the email that you are interested so that we can have someone nominate you. Vacant positions are the following:

Tournament Convenor
Tournament Committee Member or Members

Looking for someone to work with the Ice Convenor to eventually take over the role

Also looking for a Disciplinary Committee Member

At RBMHA we are allowed up to 21 board members and currently for the up coming season we have 11 so there is room for more. So please if you are interested put your name in and attend the meeting, we could certainly use the help.

We will hold a Board Meeting immediately after the AGM for current board members only to vote on executive positions.
